Female(3/8-24 Inverted), Male(9/16-18 Inverted) Brass Adapter

What This Adapter Does

In plain terms: this fitting lets you connect a brake line that has a 3/8-24 inverted flare tube nut into a port with larger 9/16-18 inverted flare threads. Thread the male 9/16-18 end into the port (for example, on a dual master cylinder), then connect your 3/16" line's 3/8-24 tube nut into the female end — no re-flaring and no line replacement needed.

Description

Adapter fittings are generally used to allow connection of standard brake lines to the different sized ports used in dual master cylinders. Simply match the male side of the adapter to the port connection on the dual master cylinder and the female side of the adapter to the brake line connection to be made. Use for adapting a 9/16-18 Inverted port to a 3/16" Domestic brake line.
