At AGS Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Log into your AGS Company account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
